Checkのご案内

To live a rich life, you need to be healthy. This is something that many people understand. However, when asked how healthy you are right now, it can be hard to answer.

That's why we've developed a system that can quantify your health status by answering a few simple questions. Why not answer the following 26 check items to visualize your health? Then, be more conscious of your health and use this as an opportunity to live a richer life.

This system was jointly developed in December 2024 using the health theory "6 Health" of Nakano Chiropractic (Director: Takaaki Nakano) and the analysis technology "Functional Approach" of Functional Approach Institute Co., Ltd. (CEO and President: Hisaya Yokota).
