▍「アメリカの最新 FA/VE 事情はどうなっているのか？

ファンクショナル・アプローチ（FA、>>more）やバリュー・エンジニアリング（VE）の最新動向と最新事例を知り、改善と改革にはずみをつけませんか？

この講演は、2018年11月に開催した『SAVE新基準セミナー』に続く、第二弾としてFA研究所が自信をもってお届けする世界の最新動向を知る講演です。

▍講師のハビエル・マシーニ氏はどんな人？

講師には、アメリカで今最も活躍されているハビエル・マシーニ氏を招きます。彼は、AVG社（Advanced Value Group, LLC、創業者：ジム・レインズ氏、>>more）の社長として北アメリカ・中央アメリカ・ヨーロッパなどを中心に各地でセミナーやコンサルティングをしているCVSです。

彼は、日本でVEと出会い、VEをライフワークにし、優れた専門知識と豊富なワークショップ経験をもち、いまや世界のVE界で彼を知らない人がいないほどです。

VEだけでなく、テアダウンやリーンシックスシグマシステムなどのエキスパートでもあります。

▍講師　ハビエル・マシーニ氏のプロフィール
Javier Masini is a Certified Value Specialist CVS®. Javier’s experience with Value Engineering and Tear-Down Analysis started in 1999 when he was in Japan. Since then, he has been perfecting his skills through training and in-company workshops. He has successfully led workshops in Austria, China, India, Mexico, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Colombia, Qatar and the United States. Since the year 2000, he has trained hundreds of professional engi-neers in Lean Six Sigma systems as well as Value Engineering. He also cre-ated the first Value Engineering Course that was granted with official Certifi-cation from SAVE International in Latin America, and as a result, engineering graduates where able to receive the Associate Value Specialist Certification.

He has a specialized training in Company-Wide Quality and Productivity Man-agement by Central Japan Industries Association (Chubu Sangyo Renmei is a Lean Manufacturing Consultancy firm specialized in implementing and train-ing Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management for Tier 1 and 2 sup-pliers for automotive firms) in Nagoya, Japan. He also has second specialized training in Industrial Engineering and Quality Control by Kitakyushu Interna-tional Techno-Cooperative Agency in Kitakyushu, Japan. He is also a profes-sional Value Engineering trainer. He has a Lead Auditor training for ISO9001 granted by Det Norske Veritas and the International Register of Certified Au-ditors.

He has a BSIE (Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering) from Univer-sidad Panamericana; as well as a Masters in Engineering with Emphasis in Quality and Productivity Systems by Instituto Tecnolológico de Estudios Su-periores de Monterrey (ITESM).
